Did you actually buy a kit, or did you do the Dorman expansion plug mod? It looks like the Dorman mod does the exact same thing, it just costs $30 less.

I have done nothing because I love the symposer. Also I have a stock exhaust.

I figure for $3, it’s worth a try. If I don’t like it, it’s completely reversible.

I have not and am not really considering it; most of this is based on how the FiST sounds good with the symposer, while the FoST drove me insane.

I have a Boomba symposer delete, because I didn’t know of this dorman expansion plug for $3 :D

I liked the symposer w/ the stock exhaust, but I added the MAP cat-back, and I wanted to hear that. Don’t regret removing the symposer a bit. I’ve forgotten all about it lol

I’m on there, and never saw the thread lol. Prob not really worth it to pull it out and replace it with that plug though.

Yeah, you may as well if it’s reversible. I wish the FiST in ‘sport’ made more noise or crack/popped like the RS.

I've got the Cobb exhaust. I planned on doing the delete but it turns out the sounds mix seamlessly so I left it.
